1. Report copyright infringement
Email a detailed copyright notice to goroamwild0@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright Notice." This address handles incoming reports while GRW formalizes its copyright agent process; this page does not represent that a statutory DMCA designated-agent registration is complete.
Send reports only if you own the relevant rights or are authorized to act for the owner. Knowingly false claims may have legal consequences.
2. What to include in your notice
- Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or provide a representative list if reporting several works.
- Identify the allegedly infringing content, including the precise GRW URL and enough detail for us to locate it.
- Provide your name and an email address or other contact information where we can respond.
- State that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, their agent or the law.
- State, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized representative.
- Include your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or restrict access to the reported content while reviewing the notice, ask for additional information, or forward relevant notice details to the account that posted the material where appropriate.
3. If your content was removed
If you believe content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, contact goroamwild0@gmail.com with the original content URL, an explanation of your rights to the content, your contact information and the applicable statements and signature required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), if you are submitting a formal counter-notification.
We may request further information and follow applicable statutory procedures before restoring disputed material. Counter-notification may carry legal consequences; consider obtaining legal advice before submitting it.
4. Repeat infringement
GRW maintains a policy of reviewing repeated, substantiated copyright infringement and, in appropriate circumstances, removing content, restricting contributions or terminating accounts of repeat infringers. We respect applicable rights to lawful use, including fair use.
